Yesterday my little dude Gabe, turned 3! If you have kids then I’m sure you will agree everyone says “enjoy it when
they’re young, because they grow up so fast.” Well they weren’t lying were they?!
Its hard not to get reflective, when you look back over their childhood, and in my case especially, things certainly have changed hugely in the 3 years since Gabe was born.
For a start I’m now a “single mother”.. though I prefer to say “independent mother,” (the term single mother, has so many negative associations with it!) It was never my plan obviously when I had Gabe, but people change, characters grow, and sometimes things just aren’t “meant to be.”
I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason in life, and my overall goal is always to be happy in all areas of my life, come what may!
Being an internet marketer has had a huge impact on the way I bring up Gabe and the lifestyle that I am able to provide for him. The fact that I am able to run my business from home, or wherever my laptop takes me, and to be able to spend my time with him, whilst it pretty much runs on autopilot is priceless.
I know that when I look back in 10years time, that I won’t have any regrets or feel any guilt that I haven’t been there for him in his early years, which I am so thankful for as I know that many aren’t in my position.
But thats another change in the past 3 years, I didnt have an internet business when he first came into the big wide world.. I only started making an income on the worldwide web 18months ago! ~ So its really down to my first foray in this industry as to where my “thanks” goes to, for the lifestyle that I am able to enjoy.
I’ll be frank with you, at times having a hyperactive toddler trying to type at your keyboard when you’re doing your emails, can be somewhat of a distraction! 
But its a small price to pay for the time freedom, and financial freedom
that making money online has provided me with!
Anyway.. I must dash. We are attending Mark Anastasi’s “Ultimate Listbuilding Master Class” seminar in London tomorrow till Sunday and I have a lot of packing to do as Gabe is staying with his Grandparents for the weekend
