Are you grateful? No really, are you actually grateful for what you have in your life?
Everyone always seem to be looking for more- bigger & better! More money, more success, a bigger house, better clothes, a more expensive car, more friends, more freedom, a better relationship, more holidays, more time with the family. Today I’m here to tell you to STOP.
Stop for just one second, stop the “needing” vibrations that you are creating, and take a moment to contemplate..

Scientists are now saying when you express gratitude your happiness goes up dramatically. They did a little study at a university in California, they found that just expressing gratitude for a few minutes daily after thirty days your overall happiness goes up by 25%. Vishen Lakhiani
After watching the video where Vishen reveals the above sentence, myself and a super cool IM friend of mine decided that we were going to put it to the test. So every single day, we take 10 mins out to speak to one another and exchange “our five.” Five things that we are grateful for. Now when doing this, its important that you go through the process correctly… its not about just quickly thinking of 5 things that you’re grateful for off the top of your head. It’s about actually feeling the emotion of gratitude within you, take a few minutes, put on some calming music, close your eyes, and truly feel the gratitude, you need to be on that higher vibration.
Being thankful for what we do have doesnt cost a thing & in just 30 days from now you could be even more content and happy with yourself & your life! SO take action and start implementing today!
